Its capacity is 2.5 ml, approximately equivalent to 1 g of matcha. We recommend 2 level spoons (≈ 2 g) for traditional matcha and for a latte.

How to use it
- 2 level spoons ≈ 2 g, for traditional and latte
- For a latte, whisk the 2 g and then add the milk
- Wash with warm water after each use

- Wash by hand with warm water
- Dry well and store in a dry place
- Avoid abrasive pads or cleaning products
