Matcha-tery Shipping Policy
At Matcha-tery, we prepare every order so your premium ceremonial matcha arrives promptly, safely and in the best possible condition.

We currently ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and other destinations that may be progressively enabled through our online store.
If your country or area is not available during checkout, you can write to info@matchatery.com to ask about shipping options.
2. Delivery times
Orders are prepared and shipped within approximately 24 to 72 business hours from payment confirmation.
Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond Matcha-tery control, such as logistics incidents, periods of high demand, weather conditions or public holidays.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be shown clearly before the purchase is completed.
Matcha-tery may offer free shipping promotions under specific conditions, which will be expressly indicated on the website.
4. Order tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer may receive tracking information via the email address provided during purchase, provided that the carrier offers this service.

6. Incorrect addresses
It is the customer responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.
Matcha-tery will not be responsible for delays, additional costs or failed deliveries arising from errors in the details provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs may be borne by the customer.
7. Products damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or shows visible signs of deterioration, please notify us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt, attaching photographs of the package and product.
After review, Matcha-tery will offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement of the product or a refund where applicable.
