We want you to shop with ease. Below you will find the conditions for requesting exchanges or returns at Matcha-tery.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, provided that the conditions set out in this policy and applicable regulations are met.
Food products
For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed, handled or consumed food products cannot be returned. This restriction applies especially to products such as matcha, tea or other consumables whose packaging has been opened.
Accessories
Accessories may be returned if they are in perfect condition, unused, complete, clean and with their original packaging where reasonably possible. Matcha-tery may refuse returns of damaged, incomplete or used items where the signs of use go beyond a simple inspection.
How to request a return
To begin the process, write to info@matchatery.com with your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for your request. We will reply with the applicable instructions.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and reviewed, if the return meets the conditions, we will process the refund through the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a Matcha-tery error or a defective product.
