Where does your matcha come from?
Our matcha comes from Guizhou, China, one of the regions recognised for the quality of its green teas.
Is it ceremonial matcha?
Yes. We select ceremonial grade matcha with a smooth, balanced profile, created to be enjoyed both pure and as a latte.
Why is your matcha from China?
China has an ancient tradition of tea cultivation. Guizhou offers exceptional conditions for producing high-quality matcha with a smooth, fresh and balanced profile.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yes. Matcha naturally contains caffeine.
Will it make me feel jittery?
Many people describe matcha energy as steadier and more gradual than coffee, thanks to its natural L-theanine content.
How do I prepare it?
Mix 2-3 grams of matcha with 45-60 ml of hot water (80°C) and whisk with a chasen until foam forms.
Can I drink it with milk?
Of course. It is one of the most loved ways to enjoy it.
How many cups can I drink per day?
Most people drink between 1 and 2 cups a day.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes. Our matcha is 100% pure green tea.
How should I store it?
Keep the tin closed, in a cool, dry place away from light.
