Welcome to Matcha-tery. This page sets out the terms and conditions that govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing and using this website, you accept the conditions described below.

2. Purpose
These conditions regulate access to, browsing and use of this website, as well as the purchase of products offered through the online store.
Matcha-tery reserves the right to modify the content, products, prices or conditions described here at any time.
3. Products
The products offered on the website are premium ceremonial matcha and other items related to matcha preparation and ritual.
Images are illustrative and may show slight variations from the final product without affecting its essential characteristics.
4. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (€).
Prices include legally applicable taxes.
Shipping costs will be itemised before purchase completion.
Matcha-tery reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, with the price in force at the time of purchase always applying.
5. Purchase process
The purchase process is carried out entirely through the website.
The user must provide true, complete and up-to-date information so the order can be managed correctly.
Once the purchase is complete, the user will receive an order confirmation email.
6. Payment methods
The available payment methods will be those offered in the online store at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through secure, certified payment platforms.
Matcha-tery does not have direct access to the customer banking or financial information.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders will be sent to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
The estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 business hours for domestic shipments, except for causes beyond Matcha-tery control.
Matcha-tery will not be responsible for delays attributable to the transport company or force majeure circumstances.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the user has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, the right of withdrawal will not apply to food products that have been opened, handled or unsealed.
To exercise withdrawal, the product must be:
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In perfect condition for later sale
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
9. Returns and refunds
Once the returned product has been received and checked, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for products that are opened, used, handled or do not meet the conditions described above.
10. Liability
Matcha-tery will not be responsible for:
- Improper use of the products sold
- Reactions derived from intolerances, allergies or personal conditions of the consumer
- Temporary interruptions to the website service due to technical causes or circumstances beyond the company control
- Errors arising from incorrect information provided by the user
The user is responsible for following the use and consumption recommendations indicated for each product.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, designs, brands, photographs and graphic elements, is the property of Matcha-tery or authorised third parties.
Reproduction, distribution, transformation or use without express written authorisation is prohibited.
12. Data protection
Matcha-tery reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, with the price in force at the time of purchase always applying.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or performance of these conditions, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless consumer protection regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
