How to prepare it
- Add 2 g of matcha (two level spoons of the measuring spoon)
- Add 60 ml of water at 70–80 °C
- Whisk with the chasen until a fine foam forms
- Enjoy it on its own, in the bowl
How to prepare it as a latte
- Whisk 2 g of matcha with 60 ml of water at 70–80 °C until foam forms
- Add hot or cold milk or a plant drink to taste

- Keep tightly closed
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Avoid direct light, heat and humidity
- Enjoy soon after opening to preserve aroma and colour
